When I decided to start doing these fun, relaxed video interviews, Nathaniel “Nate” Goodwin was an obvious person to feature. Nate is one of the many wonderful personalities I have met through photography. Spending time with him never gets old. He inspires, he encourages, and he is just an all-around, stand up guy.<\/p>\n
Getting to know and work with Nate over the past few years has been an absolute pleasure. In time spent in his company, it seems that his worse days are just another excuse to stay positive. He is human, of course, and is prone to life’s hard knocks. He is a wonderful example of how to respond when things simply don’t seem to be going your way.<\/p>\n
As I reflect upon my friendship with Nate, I realize that, in my mind, he belongs to a different generation. He is what some might call “Old School” in the best way possible. What you see is what you get. He is genuine, gentle, and kind-hearted. He means well, wishes well, and seems to want the best possible outcome for everybody. In the best way possible, he reminds me of characters I remember from movies I watched as a kid.<\/p>\n
